Went to the bird fair today and had a great time. It was worth the drive from Houston. Y'all did a great job.

Which would you prefer the newsletter on the web site, by email, or by snail mail? If the newsletter is on the web site or by email you will be able to receive it in full color with more pictures. By snail mail it will be in black and white with very little color. Those that do not have access to the internet will still receive their newsletter by snail mail.

By putting the newsletter on the web site and/or emailing it, it has the potential of saving the club several hundred dollars a year.

Please post which you would like to help Gayvonne out.

Hugs,

Gayvonne,

I think sending the newsletter by email and posting here on the website is FANTASTIC!

I have 2 books from a well known bird trained who has given us permission to use her articles as long as we credit her in the newsletter. I cannot see paying a yearly fee to someone to reprint their articles! We are supposed to be receiving articles from the AFA also to use in the newsletter if they are not arriving then we need to contact the AFA.

Sorry, just my 2 cents.

Hugs,

The club is talking about uploading the newletter to the website with an emailed notification. Of course all without email would still receive thiers by snail mail.

I also have a membership ($22 yr) form for permission to print articles written by E B Cravens. He writes for alot of the bird magazines.

It would help alot if everyone can reply to this post so we can get an idea of the interest of the interest.
thanks publisher TBC newletter
